Our family has been in the Texas farming and ranching industry since the 1800s. Today we are proud to carry on this tradition through the Erwin Farm and Ranch Grass Fed Beef program.

Erwin Farm and Ranch is a family run operation. However, we have also partnered with several long-standing, respected Texas ranching families, who share our beliefs in raising home-grown grass fed beef. Through these partnerships, we are able to provide a larger supply of beef to Texas families each year.

Buying local beef from Erwin Farm and Ranch, is a totally different experience from going to the grocery store to buy a steak. We invite you to come out to the ranch for a tour, and see our operation, and learn a bit more about the process. We will also help you select what cuts and aging process will best suit your needs. While grass fed beef is the primary focus of our operation, we also want to tailor to our customer’s preferences. Should you wish to have your beef grain finished, we will be happy to arrange this for you as well.
