At Erwin Farm & Ranch, we specialize in providing locally sourced, responsibly raised, all natural Dry Aged beef for you and your family. Our cattle are primarily Angus influenced and are raised on ranch land throughout the Texas Gulf Coast, grazing on planted summer and winter pastures, as well as native Texas and improved perennial grasses.

While Erwin Farm & Ranch in El Campo, Texas, serves as the headquarters for our grass fed beef operation, we have also partnered with several long-standing, respected Texas ranching families, who share our beliefs in raising home-grown beef. Through these key partnerships, we are able to provide a larger supply of beef to Texas families each year.

When you buy locally grown beef, you are connecting to and supporting the Texas Ranching tradition that has been a part of our state’s heritage since the very beginning. Buying local beef from Erwin Farm and Ranch is a totally different experience from going to the grocery store to buy a steak. While grass fed beef is the primary focus of our operation, we also want to tailor to our customer’s preferences.
